Once everything is set up with the design of your card its time to send it out to your card holders. The MyCards Online software sends out a unique login to each card holder so that they can input or verify their data, this provides them with a platform to ensure that their data is up to date.

Another feature of the MyCards Online Software is the ability for individual card holders to take their own photos. This is ideal for colleagues who aren’t in the same physical location or if your card holders have very flexible schedules. As an administrator, you have the final say on each picture so you can ensure each picture is fit for purpose.

Which print runs are in production and if you’re waiting for more data from a card holder. Monthly Subscription

MyCards Online works on a subscription basis, for a low monthly fee you have access to the complete MyCard Online software. MyCards Online gives you control over your card production giving the overview you need to properly manage your card holders. At any stage of the process, we can help make sure everything runs smoothly for a small additional fee we can design your cards and guide you in creating the correct data fields for your business.

Through the MyCards Online software, we print all of the cards to your exacting specifications. Each card printed requires the purchase of a bureau credit to cover the costs of production, postage and the card itself. Bureau Credits are priced on an individual basis dependant on the features of the specific card and are purchased separately to your MyCards Online subscription.
